Hi all,

Has anyone gone through the selection process for DBS Graduate Associate- Technology&Ops? I just received a call telling me that I have been shortlisted for a panel interview. The confirmation email stated that there will be a case study presentation as well. Can anyone give me an insight into how your interview experience was? Thanks!

Easy to pass . I did not apply and the HR came to look for me. Video recording interview followed by a panel interview at Changi business park with a HR VP level , a tech dept person and another ops dept person.

I managed to get an offer. 3.8k graduate offer. Nonetheless I turned it down in the end .

Is it the recent application or a few years back? May I know how long it take for them to get back to your about the offer?

I went for the interview on 20th Jan. I applied in late October but they only got back to me at the end of December.

I was told the starting pay for GA is 3.8k and after a year it will be increased to 4.7k. Anyone could verify that?

How does this compare to OCBC Graduate Associate Programme?

Any idea when will the panel interview results be out?

Starting is correct. Increment is way too high

Increment should be $200-$300 a year during the program. I know for sure when you exit the program is still < $5000

I received the offer for GAP, 3.8k on condition of at least second upper. Does anyone know if there is a difference in pay if I graduate with first class honours?

Anyone went for panel interview for GA SME banking? will dbs inform you if you are not selected? and usually how long would they take to reply after interview?

local bank also like to play honours...

i would think there may be a difference in pay, BUT if you have signed the contract, i don't see why they would increase your pay after that...

think from the perspective of HR and the bank...

Pay is standard. First class second upper or master all 38

Does this means that offers are out already?

I think the offers should be out by the coming week. My friend got a call yesterday asking him for his Chinese name... I didn't get any call yet and I am not Chinese either so not sure if I should get worried

did your friend not have his chinese name on the NRIC?

I completed online test last friday for GA. Still no reply from DBS. Is tat mean i'm rejected? usually how long will it take to invite for Video interview?

Well, in the video interview you will be asked competency based questions and panel interview is experiential based questions.

People have started signing so does that mean those who didn't receive any news are rejected?
