Dbs headcount so big, so many VPs compared to non local Graduate can promote to vp in less than 10 years, draw 13 to 15k salary. Dont even need bonus.

This one depends.

If you got rejected by DBS, then yes the salary is 3.8k.

If not, you should know what the salary is

Unregistered 19-04-2021 01:41 AM

Hi. NUS BBA here. Graduated for a year and would like to check if anyone gave up their SME offers? I'm really passionate about helping entrepreneurs secure start up financing. Although I have been rejected by DBS twice, I would love to kickstart my career in SME Banking. Any help would be appreciated.

All local banks do not pay 13th month. Local banks are not known to be generous with their bonuses, at the same time their basic pay is not fantastic as well.

If you want 13th month and bonuses, local banks are not where you look at.

You are wrong.

Not like foreign banks have 13th month and high bonuses either...I work in HR, foreign banks usually higher base but lower bonuses than local banks.

Oh…thank you…I’m graduated at 2019, November. So, may I know that is it possible to apply for 2022. My work experience has not over 2 years. So, is it ok?

Yes, that will be possible. I encourage you to go for it.
