Agree. If you are in the "inner circle", naturally they will let you have the "meatier" projects which can then be used as an evidence that you are excellent at your job. But if you are not part of the clique, you will be saddled with all sorts of **** job that made you busy but won't amount to anything...

If principal highly recommends, HR naturally knows what to do. ;)

I will clarify. Currently in my second school. First school I was there for 3 years. Got promoted once there. Went for another 3 years no pay leave as I had to accompany my husband for work overseas. After I came back, there were adjustments. Used to be GEO2A1 then changed to GEO2.

Since start of last year was covering for fellow colleague, a KP. Last year April promoted to GEO 4. Was told of interview around July 2020. Went for interview in Nov. Went through and this year Jan officially KP, in SMC

Out of 10 pax, are you amongst the first 3? If yes, then PB is Grade B and Higher.

Yes. Teachers geo grades have the lowest PB and increments.
