Yes yes I hear that too...of course hard to say how true. The whole thing is secretive.

Anyway! Serious question. How do we resign? Do we tender a hardcopy letter? Or is there some form n hrms?

Agree. If you are in the "inner circle", naturally they will let you have the "meatier" projects which can then be used as an evidence that you are excellent at your job. But if you are not part of the clique, you will be saddled with all sorts of **** job that made you busy but won't amount to anything...

Hi, i would like to check and ask about how far can a Diploma Holder progress as MOE Teacher ? What will be the highest grade/rank that a diploma holder can achieve in his career?

Ya so it makes me wonder how does the system work. Some I knew took leadership roles like LH covering etc also took 7 years with average C to C+

I don’t think so. This is me and I’m a Diploma holder.

My P told me that my CEP is very high.
