Quick question. Is it possible for fresh grads to be offered by PwC (any LoS) a Snr Associate position, or achieve that within 1 year? I thought the norm was 2 years for fresh grad to go from A to SA across all LoS but have recently heard stories of people accomplishing both of the above.

Add on to above, the people I heard who accomplished this are from Risk Assurance and Deals Strategy, if that makes a difference.

Hi, I just received an offer for EY Advisory A1 position. Just want to check how is the progression like in this service line and how stressful is the position and job scope here.

if you want to do advisory/consulting work, go and apply for MBB. the big 4 are generally terrible places to work at. salary is low. hours are long. progression is slow. overall just terrible. :(

Anyone know of EY's termination policy after you sign the contract but before you start the job?

just dont appear on first day of work. another alternative is inform them that you will not be coming. no penalty

So I do not have to inform them like two weeks before (like during probation)? The contract signed will be invalid automatically just by mentioning to them?
