Thanks! I can confirm the accuracy for the Associate level pays. Wow the senior pay now is really much better. Hope the other 3 raise their senior pays to the market rates.

So while we all get 3k, my take home was 2.4k but theirs is 3.5k

Doubt it’s reliable.

Only HR and senior leadership would know details across all grades.

Normal people like me only know my grade plus minus or two due to seniors and juniors.

Yes. If you are at the bottom of the food chain, it is almost impossible for you to collate the figures from the superiors. If you are at the top, you are also only interested in the ones direct above and below you. None of my peers are that kaypo to find out for all levels too.
