Imagine working for 70hours a week with weekends and still earning lower than market pay
Those who stay, are really nowhere else to go or they trying to promote to M

Those who stay usually fall under the following categories
1. Unable to obtain any other job offers and come from poor family so need the money and cannot quit. this is sad case.
2. JHK work permit holders enjoying the 1:3 exchange rate and cannot quit because they want the SG PR
3. Ambitious or maybe deluded people who die die want to be manager and partner
