Audit manager do hiring? What parallel universe you live in?

At most the senior managers are involved in interviews, but they don’t decide on the selection of candidates, nor are they in charge of securing headcount’s.

EY bonus this year seems to be 1.7 months for average performers.

thanks for sharing. yea big 4 salary generally dont rise, covid was a rare exception.

so ey is doing better than kpmg despite all the everest nonsense it seems, bonus was only 1 month. perhaps bosses spent too much money on the new office
