the least the firms can do is to make such jhk do back office work instead of client facing.

even if they are technically sound, the way they communicate really xiasuay the firm - regardless mid-tier or big4.

but some firms who are below mid-tier without manpower at managerial level and partner can't be bothered then continue to let jhk xiasuay lor

Given that the clients of these firms are usually those SMEs with offices in industrial park or some C grade office building, I would say jhk service team is perfect for them.

Aussie big 4 requires all overseas applicants to attain Ielts band 8 before they can be considered for employment. Meanwhile, the greedy scumbag big 4 partners in SG just suka suka allow any tom dick and harry jhk to work in their sweatshops.

Accountancy is simply hopeless in SG. Pay is depressed by those jhks and long working hours is a norm.

heng i am ASK so i just apply to those mid tier audit firms to troll those greedy bastards. Those farkers would reply me and send me an interview request and i would simply ignore them or i just MIA during the interview.

Damn..I see many insecure sinkie losers here…so scared of jhk until need to keep bashing them. I work in tech but I welcome capable foreigners. Why? Cause I rather work with capable ppl who know their stuff rather than some brainless guy who only get in by merit of being singaporean.
