I checked with the Hr over there, and even at the debrief they told us about it.
Now regarding the offers, I knew alot of guys over there and none of them got the offer even my group no one got any offer yet.

Yap, couple of my friends got it too. Sent at 9.33-9.34pm. I havent gotten mine yet nor has my team got it yet. Seems like theyre sending it in batches

not everyone got kiv, some got direct rejection. KIV means if those who got the offer rejected DBS then the offer will be redirected to the KIVs

It's a shortlisting email, more or less an offer. What is left is the due diligence check before the actual offer is given

Shortlisting email is sent to both intakes at the same time. But Jan intake will probably get the actual offer earlier

LOL you're the one who doesn't know the actual interview process. Shortlisted is equivalent to almost getting an offer,all they have to do is just wait for the pre-employment screening to be done. The second point is only applicable for those who received the kiv email.
