DBS tech seed programme
 

Hi everyone,

would just like to enquire on the start pay and career progression for this programme? and isit tagged as a full time employment under DBS or isit contract basis?

Previous batch - $7900. Perm.

MA program then maybe I'll believe. I know previous batch was getting 5k

i doubt tech MA/Seed program starting pay got so high $7900.. probably around $4.5-$5.5k?

what kind of offer?

Too high for 5k. The graduates profile doesnt look that impressive.

SEED graduate entry level is 4.2k

Yup, agree. I have friends who got in, starting is like 3.8k.

Maybe if higher tier Uni can fetch 4.4k.

4.2k - 4.5k big 3 uni
3.8k - 4.2k other uni

my peers got offered 4.8k though....

How many do they take in per cohort?

bumping bcos im still curious on whether its a 24 month contract or perm pos.

Its a technology graduate program. So the structured learning is 24 months. Subsequently where you'd be placed is up to performance/interest I think.

Heard from a friend they are taking in >100 for 2021.

They have already completed the offer for this intake, unless some people give it up.

Is it the conditional offer pending pre-employment checks or actual contract offer?

Wdym 2020 batch? I'm 2021 intake, most likely will start in July 2021.

Have you guys gone through techtrek in sepember or waiting to attend in december?

My bad, I think I mixed up the online assessment with that. So just to check the process would be online assessment then thereafter, selected ones will proceed with the techtrek, and after all that there will be interview for potential candidates and selection right? Thanks!
