Wanted to clarify something. So during the networking session, they said there will be an increment on the base pay right? The increment is applied to all new seeders' upcoming July batch onwards and an amended offer letter would be sent to us in the near future right?

It's 5.5k and no, only for this July 2022 batch. Those starting in Aug are also considered July batch.

Smart casual? Short sleeve polo tees allowed?

No it's hybrid but I don't know which days specifically will be WFH and which will be from office.

It's 60 / 40, 60 from office, 40 from home.

So Mon Tues could be WFH, then Wed Thurs Fri from office. In that case, you have to wear smart casual for Wed Thurs and Dress-down for Friday right? next week it could be Mon, Tues Wed Office, Thurs, Friday from home, etc.

not OP but smart casual includes

- jeans
- polo tees
- collared shirts
- button-downs

office wear includes

- formal long sleeve collar shirts
- dress pants
- dress shoes
- belt

from ur description it sounds like whoever this "she" is, is referring to smart FORMAL and NOT smart CASUAL.

that doesn't make any sense lol dress code is universal right?

companies cant just make up their own dress-code with the same term LOL

like that i can say smart casual means pajamas and smart formal means underwear only LMFAO

what kind of a garbage tech program is this LOL

No idea what are you guys talking about. Like I said it's smart casual for Monday to Thursday, Friday is dress down... Onboarding documents clearly state this along with illustrations on WHAT you can wear and cannot wear for both male / female...

Anyway, see you all on 4th July and August for those joining later!
