Cuz last year under pac@gov it will be on different tab but HRP totally different

I wonder in ADP whats the purpose to hide grading given. More convenient for RO and CO to con us. Previously sar in HRMS is so good and transparent.

Dont know how truth RO will tell you but he can anytime push the blame to CO since we wont be able to see the grading now on our ADP

If you want promotion, get out from CS and join private sector.
