Are you a GEO? The quantum for C, C+ have reduced. SL showed us the breakdown before for this year.

For A it's 2.8 to 3.5 for GEO.

Wow then your school is good. We saw the breakdown of quantum. For C+, GEO it didn't even hit 2.2 at max. Maybe different school has different quantum breakdown...

Mx11a equivalent.. C 1.8month.. last yr was 2 month. Quantum dropped?

Will fresh NIE PGDE tcrs or Geo 2 receive PB? Seniors told us they got it last yr in March when they just started teaching after practicum the same year.

So grateful we got our PB. While we may say it’s our hard work and it’s before the crisis, still good to show gratitude and pay it forward by donating at least a bit of the bonus to people in need. It’s going to be a tough year ahead.

Mx scheme’s quantum seems higher for the same grade

Got the lowest PB in my entire career. C - 1.5.

Was promoted last year and had maternity leave too. Am wondering is that a "default grade"?

My RO said I was performing well during my year end work review, so I was actually expecting a higher quantum.

So more importantly when will it be credited to our acc?

The civil service should not be getting bonuses while the rest of the nation faces uncertain futures. Abit tone deaf to faunt your bonuses here. So much for being "people-centric"!

This is performance bonus for good work done last year. For this year there won’t be bonuses.

Should be stated in the notice. 24th March
