This is what I heard. Some mx11 got 3, some 3.5 I suppose because of ranking. I think mx 11 c is 2, c+ is 2.5, b is 3 on avg, anything more likely because of ranking

Want accurate answer pls check with your own HR. Not source at some forums. ZZzz

What’s the nett effect of this action?

From what I know, most officers’ notice period is only one month. If you tender but wish to serve notice greater than a month, it’s actually up to your employer to accept the longer notice period. Pls check your internal HR portal for confirmation.

I’ve had B a few times before as mx11. It ranges 3-3.5

Unregistered 07-03-2023 11:40 AM

B

Last year I got B. 2.5mths. Damm shiok. 10k+a bit.
This year I am looking at B again. But slight twist. I am going to tender on 1 Apr for last day 30 Apr. Buay tahan my RO anymore. Useless team lead leading us to "holland".
Lucky me I start my new job in May, so 30 Apr last day should be able to keep my full PB for the service served, which I deserve.

This is base pay? Or inclusive of bonus?

Unregistered 07-03-2023 06:34 PM

4.5k is base. With bonus.....maybe 6k (I sorta sense / know my PB grade alr..... don't wanna jinx it of coz). But isn't that typical for any male with 2 years in service?

Really? I thought that it is based on FY till Mar 2023. Confirm?
Like that I will have very little since I only started work in September 2022.

Unregistered 08-03-2023 01:02 AM

What the pay bump normally for mx 12 to mx 11? Does it include merit increment?

Yes, you are qualified for PB in Mar/Apr 2024 for work done from Jan-Dec 2023.

i.e. no PB this year, duh.

Unregistered 08-03-2023 07:49 AM

will have PB also. But will be pro-rated and is a default C. Because I joined ministry in nov 2012, I still get PB in march 2013. Its prorated .

Your recount sounds familiar.

Unregistered 08-03-2023 11:38 AM

I read through my stat board guidelines for last year it says qualifying period is Apr to Mar of the last FY. Hoping it is not following Jan to Dec.
Coz I joined in Sept 2022.

Unregistered 09-03-2023 08:41 AM

Do you know of your pb will be higher due to higher grading if you are called abd appointed to do "extra dutues" outside your min/stat board work?

Depends on what happens at ranking bah...
But that said, your bosses shld go into ranking conscious you are doing the extra work outside the normal remit...
