For civil service (i.e. ministries), AWS and EOY bonus is paid together with Dec's salary.

MX11A only 5% increment. What about MX11B?

What is the MI for MX10 C grader?

Unregistered 14-08-2022 03:51 PM

Anyone knows what is the scoring range for performance grading? How much you need to score let's say against 100 for a B?

This one is not school leh. What upon 100?! Your performance is judged relative to those in the same sub-grade as you

Wahh so if the person around me is bad, and I do slightly better, I get an A?

Unregistered 17-08-2022 08:09 PM

Need some advices. My grades are c (joined july) c+ c. In the coming appraisal is it possible for me to get promoted? My RO understand that it takes 2B within three years to get promoted but isint sure about my current stat board.

A = save the president, B and C ratio is roughly 1B to 2C. So look to your left and right and gauge your performance.

Very unlikely. The 2Bs in 3 years criteria is true for most places.

Honestly, I think should have across the board. Some stat boards already had it like PUB, BCA, HDB for instance. Just a matter of time ba..

Unregistered 19-08-2022 12:13 PM

At the ranking and promotion meeting, if your Director strongly supports and your CE approves, it will go through.

The Bs and Cs are more of a formality check to make sure the process is prim and proper.

At the end of the day, if your CE agrees for u to be promoted, u will be promoted.

2nd year officer here, mx12 in ministry. Got a default C in first year and C+ in my second year. Any chance for promotion if I get a good grade for the third performance review? Thanks!

Are you a scholar? Or are you a pre-identified to in the pool or high potential individuals in your agency? If neither of the above, no.

No. Need to see if you can show you are capable of taking on higher level work at MX11.

Thought it's subjective and depend on market benchmark to your pay and role or something.
If high, doesn't this mean base pay gap with market is higher? And if lower means base pay is nearer to market rate?
