Employers really don't get it. If the promotion bump is only 2.7% why would I want to stick around when I am getting upwards of 20% for switching to another company?

hearsay is more than 2.7%.

anyone applied for the AM(Procurement & Admin) position recently? I was asked to participate in a written assessment. Usually how long is the applicants expected to wait before being asked to the interview, if not can take it as not selected?

Hello everyone,

Just curious, I've just gotten a offer letter from GT. Can I understand more about on the MDR and MVC?

When I asked the recruiter, they seem to try to quickly brush off these 2 topics... Not sure if something is not right.

lmao i'm greedy but you're worse. companies only really give you a 20% increment in a promotion when you jump between grade groups and not within each grade group.

this 20% increment new job, are you doing more, less or the same?

Each job role and grade have certain competency levels, if u meet ur competency level and your job role & grade meets the list, then u will be eligoble for MDR. Note that its regularly reviewed based on market demand for your role. So its not foxed and not perm.

Seems like you're confusing performance review and competency level.

What's it like to work in govtech under staffing agency contract? Was approached about this role, salary range stated seems ok to me though I don't know if they will lowball me later.

UOL first class joining as fresh grad can expect what kind of starting pay?

ragon 27-10-2022 05:39 PM

Anyone know if there's any difference between a direct contract (2years) and perm staff? I was told that I'd be entitled to the same benefits, does this mean bonus also?
