I wish its a joke but sadly its not. I compare payslip with other friends from those govt tech agencies their gross is higher even though we same degree class and local U CS. Not to mention they still have AWS while ours already folded into our monthly... wont name the companies but IYKYK.

They don't need to lay you off. Just give D grade with zero bonus and no merit increment will do. The person will resign on their own.

Unregistered 09-11-2022 10:25 PM

Meta laying off more than 11,000 employees

Unregistered 15-11-2022 10:37 PM

anyone can share how is the bell curve works in GT?

Unregistered 16-11-2022 04:45 PM

negotiate for salary bump at GT

does anyone know what's a typical salary jump (%) that GT is more likely to give? is 25-30% possible? how about > 30%?

also.. does GT hr check your pay slip to fact check your current salary? because i'm thinking to quote a higher figure for current salary based on total comp (including bonus) as i'm underpaid in my current role. i'm looking for a salary bump here, within reasonable limits
