Whatever you didn't claim is now given to you in the form of Medisave contribution

s://.careers.gov.sg/who-we-are/benefits

You will also receive a subsidy of up to $500 per calendar year for your medical expenses. Any unused amount of the first $350 subsidy will be credited into your Medisave account, while the remaining $150 will be on a reimbursement basis.

I left after 4 months cause of a team mate, attitude toxic af, two faced ****. Don’t see myself collaborating with him in work.

Yes assuming corporate and performance bonus are given. These bonus are multiples of your monthly pay.

Eg
before folding of AWS u make $1000 pm. Total bonus is 3months. Total comp = 15 x $1000
After folding of AWS u make $1083 pm. Same 3 months bonus. Total comp = 15x $1083.

After folding shouldnt it be 14 x $1083 tho lol since 15 months bonus 1 is comprised of AWS what, but TC is more la

Think he/she meant that the 3 months bonus is made up of corporate and performance bonus only and it excludes AWS.

So before aws folded in, it could be 3 month bonus from corporate+performance bonus and 1 month AWS, total 4months. After AWS fold in, left with corporate+perf bonus.

The second interview will be with the experts of that specialisation. You might also be asked to sit for an online test.

You can also read up on Glassdoor for more info.

Is it from a external HR? Because I just hand an interview and she mentioned she will pass my profile to the HR. So not sure whether I will have one more round with another HR.

No, not external Hr. If you applied directly to GovTech, the first contact person is already from Govtech. After the call, the HR will email you for second interview with the specialisation track head or something. The first HR person contacting you is probably the working level. If u get accepted, it will be a more senior HR person nego with you. Then doc submission will be another junior level HR handling.

I applied directly through govtech, the person who interview me have have FROM.XXX but is govtech email seems like external. So my next interview will be with the track head, then if accepted will be senior hr for pay negotiation?

Think if you posted to agencies will have another interview with the head of IT from that agency. agency and track head may interview tgt. So the track head and agency head n HR have to give ok. Ya, then nego is with some senior HR.

It seems like it depends on your luck if you get posted to a team and good teammates with good bosses.

Actually it depends on the availability of the specialisation head, agency IT head. Maybe 2-3weeks assuming you pass the first round of interview with the junior HR. Which specialisation you applied for?

And i think also posting. I rmb the HR person told me they have to find a suitable agency that suit the track i am applying for. He did ask for my work location preferences so I guess there's some matching they'll need to do at their end.

Optional to go office

I left govtech 5 months and heard the rumours about increment.
Luckily I did not stay otherwise puke blood.
Very stingy measurement.
Go out govtech find better pay and better teammates. Wake up dude.
If I stay my pay after increment and adjustment is still below 8k.
Outside MNC got aws and avg 2 to 3 months bonuses plus oversea working or training opportunities.
Promotion is based on actual performance and project outcome.
I am hitting 160k p.a. this year.

What a lad. What was your grade when you left sir? And may I know what company you jumped to also?

Unregistered 11-05-2022 02:02 AM

When is gt release performance review grades?

Unregistered 11-05-2022 09:30 AM

for promotees, anyone know how compensation will be computed? is it

add mdr -> add promo increment -> add annual increment -> add aws

cant make sense of the compensation change data in workday but i assume annual increment and aws have not been factored yet? else the number is very very sad
