Why is STE HR so kpo like asking everything about your pay in the view of wanting to help you adjust pay. Then when they hear liao, they just “Oh I can’t do anything about it”. Annoying sia

Should be Dec 2023, bonus is for last year work.

I told them, I come to office at 9:30 -10:00 AM, and leave office at 5:30-6:00PM, also I have 1-2 hrs lunch time and around 45 minutes tea-break at 4:00PM, so you tell me why I should leave ST??

Prepare yourself for a golden handshake. it's golden so you should be happy. happened to quite a few people i know in ST already.

Shiok man. Ultimate retirement job, would be even better if can come in at 11 AM and leave at 4 PM. Add in 2 hour lunch from 11:30 to 1:30 plus 45 mins afternoon tea break and it would be perfect.

This is the problem of ST and the causes of difficulties in hiring engineers. The jiak liao bee manager with no value added enjoying his life but engineers have to work 24/7.

I think with his annual compensation, can hire about 2 fresh quality employees who will have much higher productivity.

I like how you think HR in STE is useful. They are just hired because every organisation must have HR.
I don't even have that confidence in STE much less setting expectations for HR.

The HR themselves are the biggest jiak liao bee, it's the equivalent of asking HR to sack themselves. :o

If he keeps to himself and shake leg one corner very good already.

There was one time this STE jlb manager with 'no portfolio' came and suddenly demanded everybody write a progress report every week because of upcoming appraisal or something.

Most of the newly hired engineers in my division are all JLB. very very good in not doing anything.

My bosses also intend to just let them stay cos having some people is better than having no manpower

how old are you? Since u got 25 years working exp in ST, first job till now or?
