Hi! How did you find out they are sending MAP to NCS permanently? Would people in the MAP this year still have the opportunity to select NCS during the role selection phase then?

NCS culture worst, no ppl care about you at all, any question ask senior/supervisor, they ask you figure out urself, just lets you struggle without any help.

Agree. I recently joined NCS, throw me to sea expect me to swim.
There is not much guidance (not necessary needing one) but basically no one for you to cross-cover each other, each very silo at their own tasks. If 1 quit, will greatly impact the rest of the project team.

I do not recommend fresh grads to join Nucleus program though. The program itself is good, but unfortunately I am seeing many fresh grads being thrown to project teams that are drowning or needed more manpower. Thus in reality, you do not really have a proper senior to mentor you. If you are unlucky, your PM may pull you out of some of your courses if work is more urgent. So all in all it really depends.

Would like to check how many levels are there in OS grade? Heard is OST6 is max.
And then next path is P1.

Issit worth to join NCS with 14 % increment compare to my current salary if i go over. The benefits are better then my current company.

I'm pulling close to $10K right now (including AWS, bonuses, 13th month etc all in) and not sure about moving - it doesn't sound like their leave and other benefits are all that amazing either (I get 21 days a year right now but I *think* that's about to get bumped to 25...)

Depends which team you join.

You will suffer If join wrong team.

Its not like you ncs will be forever in one team.
People will transfer join another team etc.

I remember have a colleague who was in the same team for 10 years. Already grow mold.
Transferred to another team. Cannot make it

For my case, I joined with $4500, and they adjusted to $4800
My pals who joined as “fresh grads” got adjusted from $4200 to $4800. It seems like they have it better.

Now everyone is equal regardless of experience or not. Seems like P&C dept didn’t consider this when there was a plan in adjustment.
