Just curious, if working in ncs since fresh grad for 6+ years got promoted to p3 from p1. With a salary increment of 100% consider very little compared to other peers with the same years of experience elsewhere?

Went for an interview with NCS and a recruiter for Java HTD program. Will be 7 weeks training followed by assessment and if successful join NCS. Was wondering if anyone had done something similar and is it advisable?

I'm a local guy here, have local uni degree (non tech related) wanting to do career switch.

Hi, i was recently offer the same role for nucleus programme as well. Just wanted to ask how long does it take for them to send the package like pay and stuff, because when they say they accepted me, they send me a form to fill up my expected pay and the credit bureau thingy and the transcripts.

Wah SWE so in demand nowadays that even NCS also offer 5K to fresh grads?!

How's other benefits though? Or is it just 60K a year flat (imo also not that bad for fresh grad..)

Applied for SWE position and asked for 5k+ because Singtel MAP with the same degree class is getting 5k for non-tech and 5k++ for tech, doesn't seem right for Nucleus to offer lower than a non-tech MAP... and I thought SWE among all Nucleus roles should have the highest pay.

I saw that the ncs nucleus program is 5years, is it like a bond? Any penalties if I quit after 1 or 2 years?
