Character Referees for Statsboard
 

Hello all!

My professor got emailed by the statsboard for character referee check few days after my interview. May I know if it is just the routine check by HR for all candidates , or they conduct referee check for the candidate they going to verbal offer?

I do not want to pin my hopes too high , anyone can share? ^_^

Simple. The difference is in the amount of bonus

C- is 1.00 or 1.25 month bonus
C is 1.5 month bonus
C+ is 1.75 month bonus

Thanks cpt obvious. People are discussing how individual performance is differentiated between grades and you jump in without even knowing the context.

Why u so bothered with grades? MNC gives C grade but the bonus can be 3-5 months leh.

Hi, I just gt promoted to mx11a from mx12 last year on my 7+ years with new pay of $5145. Am a sci deg with 2nd lower hons (no NS) in the same stat board. Is this considered average/normal or slow? In a generalist position. Anyone knows the PB rate for C grade for mx11a? Tks.
