how long does it take to promote from mx11 to mx10?

assuming you start at $4510 (the min of the range), you need at least 5 years of $500 annual increment to be promoted?

there's a bar halfway at MX11 - you need to be assessed capable of crossing the bar. otherwise your pay will stagnate at that bar - can't remember what's that value now.
