This unhappiness would disappear when they gave out bonuses and market adjustment (bonus). It depends on the stat boards. My friend got 0.5 - 1 month of market adjustment bonus 4 times a year. The excludes the bonus declared by the government and the PB. I see him getting extra money almost every 2 months. I also want to get in....

Plus, only specialist schemes have market adjustment bonuses.. Admin and generalists don't get such perks.

Hi, asking people whose agencies have adjusted their pay up by 5% during 2022 mass Civil service pay review, were the pay ceilings also adjusted upwards? Thanks

I am on a specialist scheme, and I have never heard of an "adjustment bonus" before. And on top of that...4 times???

I only experienced the small % adjustment in 2022, that's all.

I'm guessing it only applies to the super premium schemes or something?
