Anyone feels that civil service are lowly paid? In comparing to the median salary, we are lagging behind. Stats show the average degree holder with 15 YOE is already 10k/month but most civil servants would not even come close to this

Are you sure? A lot of post here less than 10 years already earning more than 10kpm
