I'm not from ttsh, but an allied health in another govt hospital. Yearly increment is quite little, progression is also very slow.. For B performer, yearly increment is only about 3%

Really congrats! May I know which course of study? I FCH from humanities but cannot secure any CS interview. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Could it be my lack of internship in CS? But I did not apply for CPF or MOM.

I don’t know about CPF, but my aunt from MOM and the welfare benefits there looks good.

And to add on, annual package for B performer is about 15.5 months only. I would say you are better off joining civil service, annual package definitely better than what we are getting in healthcare. Plus we got to deal with stressful situations plus toxic work environment.

Think your resume plays a huge role too, so many people applying for 1 vacant post, HR will only quickly scan through resume for key words, if your resume got nothing relavant, im sure HR will just give it a pass.. easier if u have worked i PS sector before, if u first time wamr go PS or CS i do feel that resume plays an important part too apart from qualification
