Performance bonus will be affected this year?

Is the civil service still a good deal for local uni grads (FCH) these days? Is it considered an above-average paying job? Graduating in a few months and don't know what to do :(

Hello, fresh grad here. Can I just ask what's the bonus generally like for MX scheme on a typical year (non Covid)? For the average farmer is it usually like around 3 months? Thanks!!

For a good non-COVID year, around 2.5 months bonus for mid-year (0.5), year end (1) and AWS (1) added in.

Are civil servants considered middle-class? Or upper-middle class?

If you ask me...Middle class in the 70s and 80s, lower-middle for mx farmers and middle for directors and scholars today.

Assuming PB average about 1-2 months, does this mean most civil servants get a 15/16 year package every year??

Do you go buy percentile?
Low - bottom 10th percentile
Middle Low - 10th to 25th
Middle - 25th to 75th
Middle High - 75th - 90th
High - above 90th?

Just saying MX farmer easily in the middle range.
