All this while, the property agents and car salesmen are raking in HUGE money, and workers in certain industries which benefited from COVID-19 are getting huge bonuses and increments...so why must the civil service only compare itself only to the badly affected industries? They count the NS for guys as 2 yrs exp. So you have a 1yr exp advantage over a guy who did NS.

Heard a girl in SB got 3.3k for local fresh grad MX scheme. So yours sounds not great but still comparatively fair.
