In general all polys have teaching route and non teaching route. I assume you are only looking at teaching route. Teaching route can also split into managerial teaching, normal teaching and specialist teaching. The ones you stated are normal teaching. Managerial teaching still got teach but focus shift into management. Specialist teaching typically need to teach like normal teaching route, but more specialised.

What’s the requirement to be poly lecturer? A general degree will do or need masters? Industry exp plays a part?

Do ITEs and polytechnics annual leave system follow students' semester break/holidays?

Or is it a leave application system that allows the standard 14 - 21 days per year?

Is this the only scheme in poly?

Hi, May I ask what is the usual merit increment in Poly for ips7 grade ?
And can I expect an average 16 month package for average performance?
