IPS 5 Non-Teaching Route
 

IPS 5 Non-Teaching staff here. Salary below 5k still only, with decades worth of working experience. Increment is very slow and recent salary adjustment around 3.5% only. Would not recommend.

Thanks for the response. Have you recently started working in poly ? May I check if annual increment is less than 3% ? And what about annual bonus , can hit 16 months for average performance?

I have applied to poly for non-teaching position - admin side as an assistant manager.

Could someone share under what scheme I will belong to and what are the different salary slabs?

There is only one scheme for poly and ITE staff which is the IPS

The job of lecturer and admin are different. There should be different schemes for the two.

This is true in the past but the schemes have been unified into one since then

There is admin scheme and academic scheme within IPS.

Annual increment, is around 3%. I believe with annual bonuses 15 month is a yes. Recently, we got 13 month, +1.1 month= 14.1 months, and your bonus C+ last year was around 1.75 month? Which is very little. Of course this is non-teaching side.

Speaking of bonuses, does anyone know whats the standard for Grades and Bonus?

For both academic and admin staff?

How many months do we get for each grade below?
