Let me update this table. It was revised 2 years ago. My friends of same education level are getting 35% more. Think twice before joining Poly/ITE. It is full of lousy management that does nothing but attend meetings, empty talking and bad ideas.

If you are given lower IPS and at that role means you are shortchanged.
Get lower salary but doing more work at that role.
