How else to keep programmer to make sure they complete their task?

Pay them high basic. Do nothing for 11 months. Then quit when near project delivery.

This is the result of too many fake tech people.

Tech Analyst ish do UAT for clients.

Good job for non-comp sci majors. But if ure from IT background and want to gun for engineering heavy roles in the future, stay away because the trajectory is different
