Does anybody know what is the chance of accepted/rejected for seed program if u received an email stating they needed more time to deliberate on your candidacy?

Usually means you are the backup in case someone offered but did not accept. But now SEED salary 5k so dont think they will reject

This is common in local banks. UOB and OCBC suffer from the same problem.
