Thought my application rejected already but yesterday out of nowhere received email from hr to schedule phone interview.

Fyi video interview completed back in nov 2018.

Congrats! Mine was an actual rejection email after finishing the video interview.

Has anyone heard back from SCB after the video interview?

I have done mine way back, probably 1 or 2 months back, but still havent heard anything yet.

I spoke to one of the HR called Jaslyn Teo. She says this year got hiring freeze, but still have to post openings online to show that they are "still hiring". Apparently she claims that all the other banks are doing so.

I received an offer last week for the IG prog, did my final interview on the 7th of dec. anybody else received their offers ?

Which stream are you selected for? Able to share the package offered?

I chose Consumer banking as I wanted to go into digital banking line of work in future. Salary package not yet received. They only informed me that I was selected and asked for my personal details so that they can process the offer.

What's the usual procedure for sending of offer letter? I received an email offer in Dec but have not received the official letter yet.

JPM/ GS, other BBs will close applications by a certain date.

SC is wasting applicants' time and also making them do the online tests when they have stopped recruiting.

SC is almost as crappy as local bank. what do u expect

Nah. Started working FT in july but looking to move, hence only looking now. SC offers really all out? If so I wouldn’t bother with the tests.
