sub zero increment for non promotion, mid single digit for promoters.

i call bs. there's no way promotion only give u 5%-ish.

Promoted in 2023 and got a ~14% base bump, for pay increment (non-promotion) is about 3-5% range but not guaranteed, it depends on a few factors ie., on biz affordability, biz performance, individual performance etc.

not guaranteed means possible to get 0-2% for normal pay increment?

Hi. HR sent a follow-up email on mid Jan saying they are working on it. But till now have not received the official offer letter for the grad tech prog as well.

for people who got into their grad prog in the past, is it normal that stan chart takes so long (a few months) to send out the written offer letter? i'm worried that they will rescind the offer

perhaps u can email hr and check in on the status?

Hi yes it’s normal, I got verbal offer in October last year and offer letter in December, so 2 months later. They’re abit slow but it will come don’t worry.

did they sent you an email that you have been given an offer? this stage prob the one where you give the contact details and ref etc

Then they told you to upload some stuff to the portal and also fill up this candidate excel form?
