yes they decided to stop hiring sometime in oct-nov and silent closed their grad applications and radio silence thereafter

Yes that is right. Interns were converted in SC but any excess headcount for graduate roles were cut. The 2023 graduate batch will be much smaller than previous years.

lol complete bs... there's no bump in completing the prog, you will get annual increment as usual only.

i know some grads who have finish the prog and in their 3rd year at 6.25k, sales function.

They only allow 1 application per year so i withdraw other 2. I though maybe it's rolling basis. I also got reply from HR for HSBC, DB too

Tiagong for all programs, no second upper means straight reject, can confirm on my aide, rejected within 1 hour of completing the assessments. The email said "A member of our team has reviewed..", highly doubt it cause I received the rejection after midnight lol
