Salary.sg Forums - Exxon Mobil Equipment tech or Operations Tech?

It seems that this week is the interviewing week as per hr.
I observed that those who didnt make it past 1st round of interview are deem not passing the interview.

Those who made it 2nd round made it to the yes or no candidate.

There are about 100 interviewees with only 15-20 will get selected, how many of u here made it to the 2nd round?

How do you know the numbers?

I'm a fresh grad trying to apply for Electrical Engineer role. I got rejected twice without an interview.

May I know what is the criteria to get called for interview?

The 2 rounds is done on the same day back to back, 1st round with 2 interviewers, passed this and u get the 2nd round with another 2. The 2nd round are the ones who will determine either u get or not according to the HR. The first one i guess to filter out.

Total abt 2 hrs.
