FYI process tech in EM after 2 years at level Tech 2 received around 60k annual income. You didn't think far enough. Such a pity for rejecting this once in a lifetime opportunity. Even EM benefits are far more better than others in the same industry.

I知 not the OP whom rejected the offer but I think you壇 have to give it to him / her the benefit of freedom to choose. It might be the intangibles (e.g. timing not right to get a paycut, need money for some short term things). In any case, EM might very well have better benefits but the job is not meant for everyone. That, you must consider.

You betcha, in the august interview, they were saying that many interviewees had no idea what theyre applying for.

As in yea operations technician, but no idea what kind of environment and work theyre getting into

Yup the job is to be considered, it's not for everyone. Agreed.

Heard only less than 30 candidates already been chosen. And will be starting 1st october. Those who still not yet received any news from HR, pray hard.

Age Limit

Just want to ask if mid-thirties is too old to be applying for this type of job. Have a private adv dip which is useless and been job hopping aimlessly. Last job was doing operations/logistics for sme. No plans to get married or have kids though.
