EM has a fair hiring policy in that they do not discriminate based on age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc. If you have something to offer, they’d surely accept you with open arms.

As you can see from the previous reply, they do employ people who are looking for a mid-career change. But you’d have to start off from the bottom. If you can accept this, then you have to also accept taking that kind of pay, learning the skills of the trade, taking instructions from others younger than you and above all - to accept that you are basically nothing in the grand scale of things (at least for a good 5 years).

It’s not difficult but not impossible to do. It’s your call because you’re the one facing it all.

Still quite early in the waiting game. Have you not read the previous posts on the waiting time for them to even ask you to go for a medical checkup?

Give them 5-6 weeks. If they haven’t called you, just carry on with life. If it’s meant to be yours, eventually it will.

Anyone here applied for the Operations Technicians (Batch 1/2020)?

Unregistered 27-09-2019 12:07 PM

I did apply for new next batch 1 April 2020. Hope to they will consider my application because last time I rejected their offer as process tech due to personal reasons.
