Hi all, anybody got any info on REC Solar process tech??? salary, shift hours,etc.....

Hi. anyone working in REC Solar or have info on it?
salary,shift hours,culture?

Anyone knows during the 6 months probation will we be in shift or just 8-5 all the way?

I was told by Friends inside normally
It will be first 3 months office hours so no allowances but 4 month go shift then 6 and last month come back office hour to like finalise kinda thingy. But allowance still stays 🤭

Updates: Just got an email. Ive passed my interview. Required to go medical appt and start date will be in March.

For what position? When was your interview?

I applied for I&E position. Interviewed in early october.

I also received the email ytd that I passed my interview going med appt
