No more OT pay till further notice. You can OT and they will do a time-off for you , like coming to work late.

Oh I see. You are working in which plant? Bendemeer or woodlands or north coast?

Hard, considering the large influx of fresh grad like you. Unless you are really great at your work that stand out among the same tier and have 'great social relationship' with your boss.

Good afternoon, guys currently reading at NUS EE would love to hear much more from seniors and alumni who used to study EE in the past and what are you currently doing now in the job market. Would love to get some advice or tips on career-related roles. I am looking for a client-facing role based on my personality, which involves some technical work and it allows me to travel around 30%-40% of the time and the rest of the time is spent in the office. Do you guys have any suggestions also taking into account I don't really know what I want to do...

????

Source?

Don't spread ******** information. Who said the turnover rate is high? Which department? We haven't had a high turnover rate since 2021 and back then it was due to internal reorging.

Unless you have hard evidence, please stfu and don't spread ********, thanks.

Is it true that micron has freezed hiring and halted OT pay?
Is there something coming up?
Thought they are doing quite well

Not surprise if they are. Considering the pending recession and how high micron has been paying & aggressive they were hiring, it not surprising if they freeze hiring and cut OT pay.

No, it's 8k/mth now. You get free grab claim for all your in-office days, and get $20 meal allowance per day too. #Trustmebro.

Of course, then do sustainability work and get invited to moderate talks for grab too. Then they help me network with MPs to promote my sustainability dream while secretly am willing to pour toxic into the ocean if the salary is right.
