Anyway I do know of a person who did so. No change to salary I think. It did seem to be a bit of a break (while other colleagues had to scramble to cover this person's duties). But after returning, the person also left service within the year lol. In overall, it kinda feels like a waste of time if you're still gonna resign in the end.
