Payscale for each grade is standardised regardless of qualification. Scroll back a few pages (near start of the month) for recently shared figures of the various grades.

Those who participated in OPE and accepted an offer from an external organisation, did you receive any email from MOE HR?

I have a question and I’m not sure if there’s an answer.

Because our pay is not affected by our qualifications, does it mean by pursuing masters is useless?

Or getting a masters will help us in our career path? Like performance or CEP?

I like to study but I’m choosing should I waste my time because starting a family already 🤣 or go ahead and get what I want

I’ve accepted an offer by HQ but have yet to receive the posting notification from HR. I’ll wait until tmr before sending in an enquiry.

It’s more for intrinsic motivation rather than external value. But getting a masters is the minimum qualification if you wish to pursue the specialist track.

I am a mid career and also related job before MOE. But my cert is not local university cert. not sure if it affects

Even with 6 years (1 year contract, 1 year NIE, 4 years trained), 5.4k is still quite okay.

If you wish to go any higher, you should probably go into finance or tech.

There may be more variation. Depends on whether you are GEO3 or GEO4?
