Not true! The 6 hours thing is not valid now. It’s something in the past and the 6 hours policy has been overridden by a new policy since 2021 or 2022? You have to seek approval for all tuition assignments regardless of the hours now. As long as paid tuition, you have to seek approval.

Just a note that an MOE posting is not a secondment - you are still working for your ministry.

policy changed a year or two before covid. how do you not know?!!! i seriously wonder how teachers can teach students how to keep up to date on the latest thing? etc when some are so far behind!

That rule is just for formality.
