Applied for DXO months ago but my psychometric test which was supposed to be in April got delayed indefinitely. Did anyone get the same thing?

i expect it to resume next month maybe....but what a delay

depends on the dept/unit you work for. But usually, OT is not boss ask you do, but is due to too much work and the need to meet deadline. If you want to go back on the dot is also fine, as long you finished what you need to do.

Nope. SID falls under the jurisdiction of PMO. Their officers are on your typical MX scheme.

in what kind of situation would you fail in the clearance and pre medical checkup?

if i am from the airforce during my nsf days, would my clearance be faster?

e.g. parents not SC/PR, criminal records, any significant medical history... to be safe, just be as honest as you can when you're doing your clearance
