BAcc maybe a chao chao BBB/C can enter course now, but dun forget 10 yrs ago got many AAA/A or ABB/B oso kenna conned to do accountancy and go Big4 leh. in fact IGP for nus acc now is still ABB/B for bottom 25 percentile.

bobian la because Big 4 legit biggest employer for accounting grads ma. If MAPs from MNCs, banks and F500 companies cannot get in then enter big 4 ah. Big 4 is still a decent brand name even though got lots of jhks and cecas as some of the companies require Big 4 for the role of finance managers, accountants. Reflected but too late liao la. For most accounting grads, if cannot enter MAPs then enter Big 4 ma. If not, mid-tiers and small-tier audit firms but more jialat. Otherwise, industry is do AR and AP which don't have good career progression. I don't expect the audit industry to change la unless the new generation of partners willing to make the change which I don't see so la. Audit industry machiam SAF like that.

The regrettable part is once graduate from uni then need to accumulate 3yrs of working exp + taking exam papers in order to be CA (Singapore)
