Dude B4 advisory is not even tier 3. Tier 2 would be Oliver Wyman, ATK, LEK etc. Tier 3 would be Roland Berger, Simon Kucher, OC&C.

You may say what you wish, but do be more educated to know that there is a distinction between strategy consulting and the generic advisory terminology you are throwing around. I have been referring to strategy consulting, not advisory. The strategy consulting teams of Big 4 do pay competitively to the MBB, go do better research before making your claims. And are solid tier 2s globally. Read up more, else you'd lose out on such opportunities.
