I am talking about sm1 8k to 9k. SM3 would be 11k to 12k.

Ok with pay and nature of work and can endure the hours, stay. Not ok, look for job.

A lot of SM don't cater enough time to manage the job, which is unfortunate for people in that engagement. They are probably busy (client management, partner management), and do not see the need to prioritize the actual audit process. So hope you have a super tokgong senior or AM, although they are probably super busy too.

Is EY junior partner given equity shares?

Don't be quick to judge your senior manager. Senior manager job is to supervise and delegate. They did nothing wrong in doing so . IT is a managerial post

They don’t know how to set boundaries. Big 4 knows 30-40 yo staff are rebellious and will never hire them. They will hire young female fresh graduates right of uni who are Yes man

Maybe for millennials but Gen Z tend to prefer more work life balance.
