SM is not the same as AD. Not all firms or service line have AD. Yellow assurance only got SM, no AD.
SM have 3 grades, salary is 5 digits monthly, depending on your grades and how long you have been a SM.

No it’s not the same.

The way it works is also not the same in each of the B4 and each service line. You need to specify a bit more otherwise very hard to answer.

Does anyone know what will happen if the whole engagement team resigns before peak? My seniors have tendered their resignation and I will be tendering soon. The team will only have one A1 left. What will the manager do? What if the manager doesn't allow me to resign?
